Member Spotlight: Rodrigo Navarrete, Liberty Mutual

Rodrigo did not take the usual path into insurance. He is an Army veteran who served as a paratrooper, and before insurance he spent about 20 years as a surgical technologist in trauma surgery. He has described himself as a coach, a father and a mentor, and that background shows in how he works with people.
